I would recommend getting to the latest TCPIP 3.2 fix - UQ14365.  This level
resolved a lot of TCP/IP problems for us, especially with ADSM.

 We are putting tcpip maintenance at the 9712 level on os390 v3.1
 is their any problem with adsm with this maintenance level??

 This will also put level 13 of the adsm server on is their any problems
 with this?

 Any information on this would be appreciated.
