Andrew,

 Thanks for the help, I'm a little confused though, I am trying to run
the ADSM Admin client via a GUI, I log onto AIX and via a terminal
window I type in adsm, I then click on the icon " ADSM Administrative
Client", it is at this point I get the messages appearinig in my
original screen window. I can't get any further. I shall try to set-up
the web based browser to see if this gets me round the problem.

This is the first time I have tried to use adsm so it is probably
something simple that I have overlooked.
