Hi Rick,

You are correct, the Webshell does not support the restoration of
inactive files. We trialed Webshell when it first came out (12 months??
ago), and decided that it was useless to us unless it supported inactive
files. We are still waiting.

                It appears to me that you cannot restore inactive files

        webshell.  Am I correct, or missing a parm somewhere??  And if I
