Here is my set-up:

RS/6000 running AIX v4.3
ADSM server v3.1
STK 9710 with two DLT4000s

I did a backup db, no problem. However when I did a dsmserv backup db
tow things happened:
i) I had to hand edit the DEVCONFIG file to remove extraneous spaces
after the DEVTYPE, FORMAT and LIB options
ii) It core dumped.

Any body have a fix-(I will be calling IBM support first thing monday
morning Toronto time.)
