Re: Library failure doing CHECKIN with tape process active

I was going through some old mail and came across this.  I have seen this
problem on AIX and HP servers.  If a checkin is issued with tapes in drives
doing other functions, occasionally ADSM looses track of the slot assignments
and stores the newly checked in tape in a slot that one of the running processes
is using.  This was fixed around PTF 15 or 16 on the platforms mentioned above.
