We have experienced a problem with upgrading a customer's AIX ADSM
Server Ver 2.1.0.12 (non-threaded) to the threaded version (Ver
2.1.5.12).

The problem is after doing the upgrade, the server refused to start - it
gets past the dbinit phase then dies.
Unfortunately no other error messages are available as previous version
had to be recovered.

Any suggestions or clues as to issues involved with this upgrade would
be most welcome.
