Check to see if the library has been configured by AIX this includes the
drives in the library, by this I that AIX found the devices when you IPL.
It probably did not find the library but should have found the drives. If
it did they would be configured as OST.
Also check that you know what the SCSI ID and LUN is for the robotic arm in
the library, this is what you are defining by defineing a library in ADSM.
