Hello,

we are in the same situation, restore of inactive files (Netware) is so
long that it is slowly unacceptable.

This occurs mainly for large Netware volumes (10 GB, 400'000 files in
the volume COMMON:).

But we are running V3.1 for both the server MVS and the Netware clients.
I would imagine that with V3, only the needed tree is dowloaded on the
client, but it seems that no improving has been made since V2!!
