I updated my MVS server and TSO Admin client to V3.  Now, my batch jobs are
failing with the following error.  It seems the command below executes and
writes to the file, then the batch job hangs until it reaches the
COMMTIMEOUT limit (20 min on our server).  This job normally completes in
less than a minute.
