We are running an old OS/2 version of Adstar, using an Exabyte 210 tape
library. Our tapes keep going read only, and when we mark them read/write
again they either return to read only, or they eventually go unavailable.

We have replaced one of the drives to no avail. Does anyone have any
thoughts or information on this phenomenon that may be of use to us in
troubleshooting this?
