Admin schedules were not running!

I took someones advice ..and thanks. I have ADSM v2.1 (level 10) on AIX 3.2.5.
The admin schedules stopped running with no indication about a week back.
ACTLOG shows nothing and re-defining them did not help. I restarted ADSM and
things are fine now. Does someone know more detail about this? I think someone
mentioned that I need to get to level .15  to correct this??
