We have a STK9710 with ADSM NT 3.1 and notice that the output port is
usually locked. It becomes unlocked only when there is a need to put in
or take out a tape. Silly question, but are you issuing a REPLY to the
request to enter a tape in the port so that ADSM can continue
processing?
