Do you get an error message?  I've had problems logging on to ADSM via TSO
at times and get a message saying I've entered an invalid host name or
something to that effect.  Then, I can usually immediately reissue the
"dsmadmc" command and get in.  I've never known exactly what causes this.
I've just assumed it was a temporary communication problem.  Since I can
usually get in the next time I try, I've not pursued it.
