ADSM Server Startup on NT

I am running ADSM V3 PTF2 server on NT 4.0 (SP3).

Every time I start the ADSM server, I receive the following message in the 
activity log.

ANR7806W                Unable to open file C:\ADSM_V3\SERVER\DLLNAME.DLL

ADSM appears in all other respects to function perfectly normally.  Does 
anybody know what the DLLNAME.DLL file is used for and should it exist?
