TcpFlush Error

Hello,

I am not an ADSM Admin.  But I need a little clarification on an error
message that is being returned in the Activity log of the ADSM server.

The Messages are
01/15/1998 09:23:26  TcpFlush: Error 10038 sending data on Tcp/Ip socket
4294967295.
01/15/1998 09:23:26  sessRecvVerb: Error -50 from call to 'readRtn'.

I get these multiple times per second while i am trying to run a job
with Backup Exec.

Here's the info:
Seagate Backup Exec v7.0 r662
NT 4.0 SP3
&
ADSM v2.1 on MVS

What are some causes for TcpFlush and how can they be corrected?
