I'm new to adsm and have a question:

Can anyone tell me, what the errormessage

ANR 9999 D  Monitor mutex acquisition failed; thread 0 (tid 4028814992)

says?

I didn't found any hint in the messages book.
We have the adsmserver 2.1.5 running on AIX.
