We put on UQ03848 in a group of 16 PTFs that I believe were all co-reqs and
the problems we had got worse.  We had to back them all off.  There is an
open PMR with level 2 (TCP/IP) on this one..... They don't know where the
problem is, so there was no PE out yet.

Are you running IBM TCPIP V3.2?
If so, check out APAR PQ03285 /PTF UQ03848, which corrects this situation!
