That's why we bought the system (hardware and software) from a turnkey
vendor that IBM recommended. They did the install and they now are in the
process of knowledge transfer so that we can run the darn thing.........

I have to reply! If only because we work for the same company! I have been
installing ADSM on our RS/6000 server for 2 weeks now and have still not
gotton it right! So a day and a half seems pretty fast to me. Do you have
any manuals? They can bee downloaded from the WEB site but you probably
know all that anyway or you wouldn't be on this list.
