I know how you feel. This utility is not as 'user-friendly' as the menu.
Anyway what I do is at a command prompt go to dir where dsmcutil is
located. Type:
dsmcutil help
this gives all the commands and parameters. Usually I do the following:
dsmcutil install /name:"ADSM Schedule" /pass:password /autostart::yes
The other parameters default to correct client directory and options file.
