The reclamation thread wakes up every sixty minutes to see if there is
work to do. So the 30-40 minute delay you see is the time until it
wakes up again. If your storage pool is at the bottom of the hierarchy
(no next pool) you can kick off the reclamation check on demand if you
update your reclamation threshold. You can just update it to the same
value. The thread will wake up and see if there is work to do.
