We've also noticed this behavior. It only occurs when the scheduler window
is *not* minimized. It also seems to occur whenever you use one of the
windows shortcut keys.

You can try to work around this by editing the MSDOS program propreties
(under Misc tab) and disallow usage of some (or all) of the shortcut keys.
