Julie,
Whenever a user is logged on the profile (ntuser.*) for that user is open
and will not be backed up. There is a DSMC REGBACK parm to do just the
current user. Running this as a command at a specific time should back
this up. This has been the recommendation given by other folks on this
forum. I have really never been very concerned about backing up a users
profile on a production server.
