Michael,
        Do you have the latest fixes on... here's an excerpt from the readme
file that comes with PTF IP20993...
 =======================================================================
=====
ADSTAR Distributed Storage Manager 32-Bit Windows Backup Client
01-07-97
Version 2, Release 1, Level 0.6
 =======================================================================
=====

==============================
II. General Information Topics
==============================

   1. 64-Bit File Support

         Full 64-Bit file support is now available on Windows NT.

         Files with sizes larger than 4 Gigabytes are now supported.

         Note that the maximum supported file size on Windows 95 is
         still 2 Gigabytes.

         Also be aware that any files with sizes larger than 2 gigabytes
         which are backed up with the PTF 6 client cannot be restored
         by earlier client levels.
