like lots of you are probably doing, i'm running a perl script which
connects to adsm via a consolemode administrative command, and then keeps
a log and warns me in case of certain erros. the problem is, if it ever
stops (or i stop it, e.g., to start a new version), it leaves a "phantom"
session open with adsm, which i then have to go in and kill by hand. the
admin guide says to exit with, for AIX, a control-c. what does this mean
in terms of my perl exec?

thanks in advance -- john
