we have adsm on mvs server and back up several os/2 and some nt nodes
and see 300-450 m/hr throughput.

that's with a 3745 channel using tcp/ip.


i don't know how this compares to other shops, but would be curious to
hear other experiences.

We run ADSM on a CMOS MVS machine w/IBM's TCP/IP.
Using an OSA/token ring, a single machine (200 mhz Pentium NT) can
backup about 780 mb/hour.
