Backing up Oracle DB on AIX with ADSM

Subject:	Backing up Oracle DB on AIX with ADSM

Any one out there doing hot backups of Oracle database on AIX.  I would
like to just
alter one tablespace at a time and back it up, is that possible? I'd also
so like to get a full
dump when I backup but I don't think ADSM does anything but incrementals.

Any help?
