AIX LVs > 2GB

With Level 13 of the 2.1.5 server on AIX 4.2,
the 2GB limit per volume is lifted. Even though AIX 4.1.5 allows
filesystems to surpass 2 GB, it does not allow files
to be larger than 2 GB; The APIs do not support
the 64-bit access that became part of AIX 4.2. It
doesn't matter if it's an LV or a JFS file. Without
the API support, it's no dice.
