The site does get busy.  I've tried several times in succession, all
     failing, then boink I'm in.   In times like these I go to a mirror
     site, like: ftp.cac.psu.edu

  I'm trying to send some documentation for an etr to index.storsys.ibm.com.
I've been unable to connect since 8/12, even at 5:00AM, because of

530-
530- The maximum ftp sessions has been exceeded on index.storsys.ibm.com!
530-
530 User anonymous access denied.

  Are we really hitting it that hard, or is something else going on?
