No problem for copy storagepools, if the volume status is changed to "OFFSITE".
"UPDATE VOLUME * ACCESS=OFFSITE WHERESTGPOOL=copy_storagepool +
  WHEREACCESS=READWRITE,READONLY +
  WHERESTATUS=FILLING,FULL"
Then issue "UPDATE STGPOOL BACKUPPOOL_COPY RECLAIM=50 REUSEDELAY=5" in order to
activate reclamation. Active files on reclaimeble copy storage pool volumes will
be retrieved from primary or copy storage pool that is onsite.
