When ADSM returns a tape to the scratch pool, the "free scratch tape
counter" will be decreased by one. The TMS has a reuse delay of 1 day.
Therfore it can occur that the scratch pool is exhausted, but ADSM
isn't aware of that and claims a new tape from the pool. The result
is ANR5241E ( ... mount SCRTCH cancelled.) and no backup goes through.
Is it possible to handle this situation in the mount exit machine
(server platform is vm, TMS is Sterling's VM:Tape)?
