Bryan,
we're going to run tests for BackupExec and its agents for Exchange and
SQL-server in combination with the ADSM option next week. BackupExec
could be a possibility to bypass the missing features in ADSM until the
ADSM agents get released (expected until march'98).
I'll report our experiences in this forum as soon as we have results.

Seagate are going to release a new version of BackupExec in september
that could include some enhancements for the combination of
ADSM/BackupExec/Exchange+SQL, too.
