Save / restore speed with a 3590.

Hi everybody. I need some help. Could you please tell me your experience
in backing up and/or restoring 7 to 8 GB, to a 3590, through a 16 mbs token
ring. How much time does it take to back up that amount of data or a
different one? Please detail amount of data and time.
