Matthias,

 I cannot understand what is causing the unusual tape mount scenario you
are describing.
You might check what your DIRMC parm in your options file is set to and the
parameters of that Management Class.

Concerning moving the data from tape to a disk pool, try using the MOVE
DATA command.  I had a similar situation to yours and doing this was the
next step that we were preparing to take, but luckily we did not have to.
