If you feel energetic, the sample API application that comes with the ADSM
api has the ability to create, query, and delete objects created by the
ADSM api (which DataTools SQL BackTrack uses).  Take this sample
application and run it with the same node name/password that you use for
SQL BackTrack.  Use the query functions to find the objects you want to
delete, and then use the delete functions to delete them.  Be careful if
you use wildcards for deletes!  You can modify this source code to handle
this better if you get an even larger boost of energy.
