Yes, you are reading this right.  After ADSM has done the full dbbackup,
I make a copy of the tapes and send the copy offsite.  I think an
enhancement to dbbackup is scheduled for Version 3.  The enhancement
would allow dual outputs.

Subject: Offsite/onsite copy of ADSM DB backup

I was looking at ADSM V2 doc and their doesn't seem
to be a way to keep an onsite and an offsite copy of
the ADSM database backup without making a copy of
the db backup (outside of ADSM) and sending it offsite.
Am I reading this right?
