OS/2 Network Tuning

Looking at the ADSM Performance Tuning Guide V2 R1 (SH26-4034-00) there is
a section that talks about tunig of the OS/2 Client (pages 75-78).
On page 77 there is a chart to help with the calculation pf the Receive
Buffer Size, which then appears to affect the vaue of MTU.
One of the values that the chart calls for in perfoming it's analysis is
USEDRAM; how for an existing OS/2 Lan Server environment do I determine
what this value is?
Any one out there have any practical experience in tuning a Token Ring,
TCP/IP environment with OS/2 Lan Serves??
