One further comment on the discussion on 3590 drive sharing between ADSM
servers on
two different aix systems.....there is one supported way to do this.  You can
use IBM's NetTape
product (which provides the needed synchronization across systems) in
conjunction with
ADSM's external library manager feature.

But...as Craig Bell indicated, the ability to do this with just ADSM alone is
not officially supported due to SCSI restrictions.
