We did a very similar migration to yours (except we didn't use the OS/2 Notes
clients very much), and found that, when compared with the OS/2 client, the
NT client did the job MUCH faster. This was on the same machine - the Notes
support group just installed NT on a new C: drive, converted the data from
HPFS to NTFS, and off we went.

BTW, some of these machines back up over 4GB (compressed) every night.

We are getting ready to transition our Notes Servers running on OS/2
over to NT. Our current configuration is setup to run a weekly incremental file

backup (ADSM Scheduler) and a daily Notes incremental (ADSM Notes agent). When
we transition to NT, we will lose the capability to run the daily Notes
incremental.

We are looking at using the ADSM Scheduler to backup critical databases
several times a week but would like to find out how others are backing up
Lotus Notes on NT. Are there any products available that can be used in
conjunction with ADSM to allow an incremental backup? Any
comments/suggestions would be welcome. Thanks.
