Lawrence,

Try the ABC command:
/OBJECT_ID=(high-number, low-number)
The /OBJECT_ID qualifier allows you to restore a particular backup version
using the identification number supplied by the SHOW BACKUP/FULL
command. When using the /OBJECT_ID qualifier, you must specify the
name of the file as well. You may use wildcards on the name, but doing so
requires ABC to search through the catalog for the appropriate backup
version. Only one file is restored when using the /OBJECT_ID qualifier.

/SINCE[=date-time]
Selects only those files dated after the specified time. You can specify time
as an absolute time, as a combination of absolute and delta times, or as one
of the following keywords: TODAY (default), TOMORROW, or YESTERDAY.
Use the /EXPIRED qualifier to indicate the time attribute to
be used as the basis for selection.

I do know the ABC 1.1 supports point-in-time restores as well.
