I always restore the Bindery first, and then the volumes.

We recently did a restore of a Netware 3x server in which we restored
the SYS volume before the Bindery.  Several file rights were not
restored.  The SYS volume was then restored again and all was OK.

Does anyone know what the correct order in which to restore the Bindery
and Disk volumes should be?
