I have been using Joe Morris' suggestion of deleting the volume history
for my DbBackups over a certain age, but I still don't like having
to delete the history, just to re-use the tapes.

Enter the update volhistory command: I noticed the ORMSTate option to
this command and I was wondering if I can use it to tell ADSM to
reuse my DbBackup volumes while retaining their history? It looks like
this is normally used by the DRM for this purpose, but I do not have
a license for DRM. Perhaps using ormst=mountable?

Thanks in advance,
