Dwight - do you have your disk storage pool defined with CACHE=YES? If so,
this really shouldn't have happened (or, putting it differently, I've
retrieved 4 GB of SAP database from a 4.4 GB storage pool that was at 0%
migr at the time - without a tape mount occurring).
