Hi everyone,

I have another unexplained situation,  my command schedules have all been
failing, they all start at the scheduled time and then go into a pending
state for an hour and miss.  I figured it was the load of activity on the
server causing this, but even with no activity (cancel all sessions) they
still fail.   After a few days I tried to execute them from the command
line and it worked.  So right now I execute about 15 command schedules
daily.  Can anyone help me restore my schedules?
