Bill,
Firstly, ADSM/NT does not install drivers in the same way as other NT
apps. It does not provide an .INF file for installation via Control
Panel. Installing the server via setup also installs the ADSMSCSI
device driver.

You don't state what level of the ADSM server you have. If you have
the 2.1.0.9 level (ADSMSCSI.SYS will have an 8/96 or 9/96 date stamp),
you will need to upgrade it to the later level (2.1.0.12). This can
be downloaded from the WW or directly from the anonymous FTP server:
 ftp://index.storsys.ibm.com/adsm/fixes/v2r1/ntsrv/ptf1/
Installing this by running the setup program will upgrade all the ADSM
componants to the latest level including the ADSMSCSI driver which
should end up with a 11/18/96 date stamp. This is the level that support
your Compaq 4/16 autoloader.

Otherwise your config looks fine.
