A couple of quick thoughts:

Has anyone changed anything in your ADSM configuration?

Is /adsm/adsm-db/dbvol01 a mounted filesystem?  Is the mount active?

The "new capacity 6" seems to indicate that either someone used all your
disk space or a JFS volume became unmounted.
