ADSMer's,

I have an administrator who is coming in to the server using the TSO/E
admin client.  He is receiving the following messages in his
DSMERROR.LOG...

read_terminal returned code 12.
ANS5624E Unknown system error.
ANS5519E Unable to establish session with server.

Executing the same TSO clist to get into the server I can get in just
fine.  We are both using the same logon proc, so allocations are the
same.  What does the read_terminal message in the above example mean?
