The commmethod, when specified in dsm.sys, needs to be part of a server
stanza.  Do you have a server stanza in the dsm.sys file?  If not, then you
should be able to add it to the dsm.opt file instead.

Hi to all ADSMers,

I have the following problem:

when I enter "commmethod         sharedmem" in /usr/lpp/adsm/bin/dsm.sys ,
I got the following error: 01/08/97   12:29:16  ANS4042S Invalid option
                           'COMMMETHOD' found in options file
                           '/usr/lpp/adsm/bin/dsm.sys' at line number : 3
                           Invalid entry : 'commmethod         sharedmem'

The README in /usr/lpp/adsm/bin/dsm.sys says: "(which can be specified in the
                                                dsm.sys file)"
The server and the client live on the same machine (RS/6000 AIX 3.2.5.1).
The client is at level 02.01.0000.0006.
The server is at level IP21053 02.01.0000.0011.

Can anybody tell me what's wrong with this?
