We have noticed that our ADSM Server 'Activity log retention period' was
set to one day, and after receving some errors decided to change this to 5
days
so that we had a record. It was applied, and we you re-enter the 'Server
Properties'
screen it shows up as 5,

BUT....

still only one day is being kept ?????


We also restarted the ADSM Server (and the AIX box itself!), still no avail

Platform: AIX 580
O/S: AIX 4.1.4
ADSM Server: 2.1.0.8
