Using the new version of the Netware client, I seem to be seeing a
difference in how the Bindert of a 3.12 server is being backled up (or
possibly NOT being backed up)..

In the DSM.OPT I have the Domain specified as ALL-LOCAL BINDERY.

When I perform a scheduled INCREMENTAL backup, I no longer see the console
message that the Bindery was closed and re-openned. If however I do a
SELECTIVE backup and specify BINDERY I do see the Bindery being closed and
openned.

Under the previous version, I always saw the close / open messages each
day.

Is the new code workingcorrectly, or has a subtle bug been introduced?
