        We ran across a similar problem with one of our Netware servers, even
with the latest version of Netware's TCPIP NLM.   Besides the connection
failures, we were also seeing very poor performance. Turns out it was a
hardware problem... we moved the NIC card to another slot in the server
and the problem went away..
